About the Instructor
John R. DiPalo
John is the Broker/Owner of Weichert, REALTORS® - Florida Tropics (formerly Florida Tropics Realty, Inc.). He joined his family's business in 2001 after an honorable discharge from the US Coast Guard. He is a second-generation Broker/REALTOR® since 2002, received his Broker’s License in 2004, and has held his Real Estate School Instructor’s license since 2017. John graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science from Rasmussen College and went on to earn an MBA from Benedictine University in 2012. He holds several professional designations and certificates including Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), and is a Notary Public. He has also been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer many years in a row.
John has spent the last two decades listing, marketing, and selling Residential Properties, Vacant Land, and Commercial Businesses, as an owner/operator/partner in the family business.
He has been married to his wife/technical support manager, Julie since 2004 and their son, Cole is currently an Honors Student in high school and will be attending USF in the fall.
